RULES: Only ATA members in good standing with the ATA may compete. All ATA rules will be strictly enforced. Only 
Songahm forms, 1-steps and free sparring will be allowed. 
All ATA standard and approved sparring gear (hands, feet, 
headgear, mouthpiece and cup) may be used and a 
regulation white uniform is required.
